Help Desk Technician

A dynamic industry leader is looking for a Help Desk Technician. This Help Desk Technician would be responsible for supporting a variety. Manufacturing experience a plus but not required but 4+ years of experience is required. Help Desk Technician responsibilities: Provide help desk support to resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction. Manage help desk ticket queue and ensure end user satisfaction. Support users with the Microsoft 365 and exchange as well as PC hardware. Help with networking infrastructure. Diagnose hardware and software issues. Follow up on persistent issues to ensure ongoing end user satisfaction. Work in conjunction with the IT Manager, Network Engineer and another Help Desk Technician. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
