We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable cannabis enthusiast to join our hardworking, customer service focused team.
Currently, we have Front Desk positions available.
Positions range from 30 to 40 hours per week.
Weekends are a must! Employee perks include:
Employee of the month ($500.
00 bonus), Employee of the Year ($1000.
00 bonus), 50% Employee discount, Free gear from vendors, Treats/snacks provided, and Goodie bags (SAMPLES).
Front Desk duties include greeting customers, verifying ages/medical status, detail oriented data entry, answering cannabis related questions, cleaning, setting work space and down time duties.
(Position is located on outside patio) Qualifications Must be a minimum age of 21 years old Basic knowledge of the cannabis industry and laws and regulations as they pertain to the local and state levels.
Outgoing personality; excellent communication.
Ability to quickly learn procedures and acquire product knowledge Must be dependable and arrive to work for all scheduled shifts on time and prepared Must be able to stand for long periods Must be able to work outside at our front desk station Ability to pass a background check Has excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills Excellent typing skills is a plus Detail-oriented and organized when working Integrity and clean work appearance must follow dress code Able to work days, nights, holidays and weekends The ability to follow all covid-19 protocols set in place by Highway 80 Dispensary.
