You will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service delivery to our valued clients.
HVAC Customer Service experience and familiarity with Successware21 are a plus for this position.
Your main responsibilities will include promptly answering phone calls and efficiently processing new and existing client service requests.
Additionally, you will assist in scheduling customer service appointments, handle field staff dispatching, and make outbound calls to efficiently schedule maintenance for our existing customer base.
Data entry, invoicing, and filing tasks will also be part of your day-to-day duties.
