Tasks include:
Answering multiple phone lines Checking in and checking out patients Taking payments (credit cards, cash, check and care credit).
Responding to emails and text multiple times a day.
Refilling medication.
Maintains records:
Entering medical notes, entering charges, updating puppy and kitten packages, requesting out-side lab samples, explains animal status to owners.
Cleaning animal cages, equipment, exam rooms and preparing for next day appointments.
Scheduling appointments, processing end of day, taking deposit to the bank.
CSR at our clinic have the opportunity to work with canine, feline patients & occasional pocket pets.
We require at least a year of veterinary experience and to have a flexible schedule, be available to work opening shift (start 7am) or closing shift (end 7pm) Monday-Friday; Saturdays (7am/8am-4pm).
Monday-Friday shifts are 8 hours with a 1 hour lunch and 2 10min.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
