ASAP The Inventory Specialist is a dependable, detail oriented, self-starter.
They will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling various inventory related reports, processing incoming shipments, managing inventory on-hand, and stocking shelves.
Ensures security and accountability of inventory through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review.
Conducts physical inventory audits and cycle counts.
Analyzes and, when able, corrects inventory count discrepancies.
Audits incoming and outgoing shipments to assure quality and accuracy.
Compiles and documents all transactions for data entry.
Develops and deploys supply chain strategies, processes, and practices for achieving a lean and efficient supply chain that optimizes working capital while delivering industry-leading customer service levels.
Utilizes Treez Point of Sale Inventory and Point of Sale system to input and track all inventory information.
Treez experience is strongly preferred.
Responsible for maintaining Highway 80 Dispensary's inventory control processes and for conducting physical inventories.
Lead other staff in preparing products for the sales floor and doing store-wide inventory counts.
Ensure accurate product inventory levels are published for clients in Highway 80 Dispensary's Point of Sales System and on Weedmaps.
Conduct daily analyses to forecast potential inventory issues.
Report to management inventory activities and variances.
