Shift:
Monday-Friday 5am-3pm Duties and
Responsibilities:
Service, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machines and pneumatic system components Work on Pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs, electrical controls, variable AC/DC drive motors, servos, sensors and switches.
Overall understanding pumps, valves, cylinders, motors and solenoids Perform tool offset corrections and position adjustments equipment.
Maintain required repair and work logs.
Prioritize repairs to meet efficiencies and the needs of the production plant.
Routine preventative upkeep on equipment Work with production personnel to maintain and improve quality.
Perform some fabrication.
Work with Production personnel to maintain and improve quality.
Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures Positions Requirements:
Vocational/technical training is desired Knowledge of various machine designs and operations Must have a complete understanding of the following:
hydraulics and pneumatics, PLCs, and electrical/electronic systems (single, 3 phase & low voltage control circuits) Familiarity with Toyoda and Makino a plus Ability to read part manuals, electrical and mechanical schematics, assembly instructions and troubleshooting guides Additional mechanical skills cutting, welding, fabrication and tooling a plus!
